- Welcome guests upon seating and ensure tables are clean, properly set, and fully stocked with utensils, napkins, and other essentials.
- Present menus, highlight daily specials, and provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions regarding menu items.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and requested items promptly and with care.
- Verify orders are prepared correctly and meet guest expectations; promptly resolve any issues with the kitchen when needed.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to additional needs as they arise.
- Clear tables efficiently by removing used dishes and resetting as guests finish dining.
- Prepare guest checks, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist with general restaurant duties including dining room cleanliness, table maintenance, and preparation of silverware and condiments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.
