- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, trays, utensils, and silverware to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen
- environment.
- Remove trash and recycling promptly and ensure waste is disposed of in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing worktables,
- and cleaning refrigerators, walls, and other kitchen surfaces.
- Transport and organize supplies and equipment between storage and kitchen areas while restocking
- tools and supplies for upcoming shifts.
- Monitor and maintain temperature logs while keeping walk-in coolers and freezers clean, organized,
- and properly stocked.
- Support the kitchen team by assisting cooks with proper food preparation, labeling, dating, and storage
- procedures.
- Previous experience or familiarity with food service safety and sanitation guidelines preferred.
- Comfortable using kitchen equipment, hand tools, and machinery required for daily operations.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
