- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and seat them in dining or waiting areas.
- Present menus and ensure guests are comfortably and appropriately seated based on restaurant flow and server rotation.
- Communicate daily specials, promotions, and server assignments to guests to support a smooth dining experience.
- Manage guest flow in the dining room and bar area while providing accurate wait times when needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Accurately take to-go and takeout orders when required.
- Operate the cash register to process payments for food and beverages as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entry area at all times.
- Excellent personal and customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

- Comfortable answering phones and handling guest requests with professionalism.
- Ability to lift and carry items or supplies weighing approximately 10–30 lbs.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Food handler training preferred.
