- Prepare dressings, sauces, vinaigrettes, and other condiments according to restaurant standards.
- Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for salads and cold dishes.
- Plate and garnish menu items with attention to presentation and consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock pantry supplies as needed.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly handled, and stored according to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Previous experience as a Pantry Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and food preparation techniques.
- Strong knife skills with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
